flyExclusive Reports Record Jet Club Momentum as Membership Growth Accelerates

flyExclusive, Inc. (NYSE American: FLYX), one of North America’s largest vertically integrated private aviation companies, today announced consecutive monthly operating records that underscore accelerating demand for its redesigned Jet Club membership program and continued momentum across its private aviation platform.

May established a new company record for flight hours, while June became the strongest non-holiday sales month in Jet Club history. Based on current sales trends, flyExclusive believes Jet Club membership sales are on pace to reach the highest annual level in company history.

The company also continued to demonstrate industry-leading operational scale. During May, flyExclusive ranked as the largest Part 135 charter operator in North America by both flight count and flight hours, completing more than 4,000 flights and over 7,000 flight hours.

“Everything we’re seeing points in the same direction,” said Jim Segrave, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of flyExclusive. “Customers are joining at a faster pace, they’re depositing more capital, they’re flying more hours, and they’re staying engaged with the platform. Those are exactly the indicators we want to see as we continue scaling the business.”

Unlike traditional charter transactions, Jet Club establishes long-term customer relationships supported by upfront deposits that are applied directly toward future flying. As the membership base expands, flyExclusive gains greater visibility into future demand while increasing opportunities to improve fleet utilization and operating efficiency.

The redesigned Jet Club continues to attract meaningfully larger customer commitments.

Although membership levels start at a $100,000 deposit, new members deposited an average of more than $190,000 during May, reflecting growing customer confidence in the platform. Total new customer deposits during the month grew by 32% compared to the prior-year period, reflecting strong momentum in new account activity.

The company believes growing customer deposits represent one of the strongest leading indicators of future flying activity, as members commit capital before utilizing flight hours. Record deposits provide increased confidence in future demand while new member additions continue to expand the platform.

“Our objective has never been simply to sell memberships,” Segrave continued. “Our objective is to build a larger base of committed customers who choose flyExclusive as their long-term private aviation partner. Every new member increases future flying opportunities, strengthens customer relationships, and improves the long-term economics of our business.”

The redesigned Jet Club has simplified private aviation by eliminating recurring membership fees and common industry surcharges while providing guaranteed fleet access, transparent pricing, dedicated concierge support, expanding complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi availability, rate protection on qualifying deposits, and direct access to one of North America’s largest privately operated fleets.

Customer satisfaction remained exceptionally strong during June, producing flyExclusive’s second-highest Net Promoter Score on record, with 86% of members classified as promoters.

The combination of record member flying, accelerating membership sales, strong customer satisfaction, and increasing deposits reflects the continued execution of flyExclusive’s long-term strategy to build a larger recurring customer base supported by one of the industry’s largest controlled fleets.

As flyExclusive continues investing in fleet expansion and operational capacity, the company believes it is well positioned to capitalize on growing demand for premium private aviation while further strengthening its competitive position.
