NEW YORK, NY, May 15, 2026 — Unique Media, formerly Geometria Media, today announced the expansion of its digital out-of-home network following a new round of investment from Silver Lake Partners. The company is accelerating the rollout of its urban panel, 3D screen, and LED billboard networks while advancing its proprietary technology platform.

The rebrand reflects the company’s evolution from a screen network operator into a technology-enabled media platform. Unique Media combines premium inventory with centralized control, programmatic monetization, and long-term infrastructure development. The company now also offers its technology to publishers and partners to power and monetize their networks.
“This investment allows us to scale our network and technology at a faster pace, bringing premium DOOH inventory to more advertisers and publishers across the country,” said Denys Kanel, CEO of Unique Media. “Our platform is designed to simplify the complexity of digital signage and unlock new revenue streams for our partners.”
Unique Media’s ecosystem is powered by a proprietary digital screen management platform developed over several years. The platform includes a content management system and integrated ad-serving capabilities, supporting both direct and programmatic campaign execution. It enables automated buying, dynamic delivery, and real-time optimization across the company’s full inventory suite, including urban panels, 3D displays, and large-format LED billboards.
The company’s flagship product is a network of more than 2,000 premium 86-inch urban panels placed in high-traffic environments such as retail districts, restaurants, fitness centers, and medical facilities. Unique Media is also developing a portfolio of 3D advertising displays and expanding its large-format LED billboard network, including locations in Times Square.
Unique Media’s current footprint spans major U.S. metropolitan markets, including New York City, Miami, Boston, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New Jersey. The company plans to enter additional markets in the Southeast and Midwest over the next 12 months. By enabling third-party publishers to integrate into its system, Unique Media is building a connected media ecosystem that simplifies operations.
Advertisers across retail, automotive, and entertainment verticals have leveraged Unique Media’s network to drive foot traffic and brand awareness. For example, a national quick-service restaurant chain used the urban panels to promote a limited-time offer, resulting in a 15% lift in store visits. A luxury automotive brand utilized the 3D displays in Times Square to launch a new model, generating over 10 million impressions in a single week.
“Our clients are seeing measurable results from DOOH campaigns that combine high-impact creative with real-time optimization,” added Denys Kanel, CEO of Unique Media. “We are excited to bring these capabilities to more advertisers.”
The global DOOH market is projected to reach $45 billion by 2030, driven by increased programmatic adoption and demand for measurable, dynamic advertising. Unique Media is well-positioned to capture this growth with its technology-first approach and expanding footprint.
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in NYC, Unique Media combines premium advertising inventory with proprietary technology and programmatic capabilities across digital media.
