Transient.AI, the AI operating system for regulated markets, today announced the appointment of capital markets executive Hector Robles as Chief Revenue Officer. Robles will lead the firm’s global go-to-market strategy, sales operations, and client success initiatives as Transient.AI brings its enterprise AI platform to buy-side and sell-side institutions across global markets. As a AI native platform, the Transient.AI framework was built from the ground up on the core principles of resiliency, reliability, cost, observability, governance, and audibility by veteran Wall Street engineers and technologists.
Following its successful launch in 2025 and a recent Series A financing round led by NEXT Investors in May 2026, the company was named to the prestigious 2026 AIFinTech100 list, recognizing the world’s 100 most innovative AI companies in financial services. Transient.AI is live in production with active installations across tier-one capital markets institutions.
Most recently serving as Managing Director at BestEx Research and having held senior roles at UBS and Mizuho, Robles brings over two decades of deep institutional financial technology experience to the role. He has a track record of scaling high-growth revenue organizations, and at Transient.AI, he will focus on accelerating commercial adoption of the company’s Declarative Agentic Framework (DAF) platform, which unifies fragmented front, middle, and back-office market infrastructure into a single secure intelligence layer.
“Markets don’t need another point solution — they need an orchestration layer that unifies how their front, middle, and back-office actually work together,” said Sreej Menon, Chief Executive Officer, Transient.AI. “That only works if it’s trusted, which is why we engineered a bank-grade environment with zero data retention as the foundation, not an afterthought. It’s what lets institutions move AI from experimentation into live production. Hector’s extensive domain expertise will be invaluable as we meet the demand for our live installations globally.”
“AI cannot be deployed in regulated capital markets without deep domain expertise and product knowledge, and the team at Transient.AI is the domain expertise leader,” said Hector Robles, Chief Revenue Officer, Transient.AI. “The transition to agentic, autonomous AI workflows will be an even bigger structural shift than the evolution to electronic networks. I am thrilled to join Transient.AI to deliver agentic workflows with the institutional-grade security and precision that Wall Street demands.”
Transient.AI differentiates by deploying its specialized swarm of digital AI agents spanning research, trading, sales, and operations workflows on its Declarative Agentic Framework securely inside each customer’s own cloud tenant or on-premise infrastructure. This ensures zero data retention by external third parties and absolute data privacy.
Transient.AI is the AI operating system for regulated markets, purpose-built for the compliance, security, and precision demands of institutional trading environments. The platform unifies fragmented legacy systems into a single compliant intelligence layer, enabling front-to-back-office workflows for portfolio managers, traders, researchers, sales teams, and operations professionals. Transient.AI is headquartered in New York with offices in Miami, Singapore, and India. For more information, visit Transient.AI.
