Now in its third year, YogaSix Day brings together studios, members, instructors, and local communities across the country for a day dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and connection.
The one-day event will feature special classes, local studio celebrations, community partnerships, retail promotions, and exclusive YogaSix Day offers designed to welcome both loyal members and first-time guests into the YogaSix experience.
At the center of the celebration is “The Y6 Six!”, a one-of-a-kind 60-minute signature class experience that blends all six of YogaSix’s class formats into one energizing flow. From strength and sculpt-inspired movement to mindful recovery and mobility work, the class is designed to showcase the full YogaSix experience in a fun, high-energy format.
